Lundquist Appraisal Company is based in the Sacramento area and provides residential real estate appraisals within 10 counties in the Greater Sacramento Region. We work for brokers, banks, investors, governmental agencies, real estate agents, attorneys, home owners, insurance agents and more. We also act in the role of property tax consultants as we manage a property tax appeal website.

We provide appraisals for loans, estate settlement, property tax reduction, litigation, divorce, foreclosure, short sales, second opinion of value, PMI removal, refinance, purchase, pre-listing, market analysis and more. We are available for market consulting assignments also.

Ryan Lundquist is a Certified Residential real estate appraiser and he founded our company in 2003. Ryan enjoys the valuation industry, the ins and outs of appraising, and interacting with clients. Over the years Ryan has taken specialized appraisal courses to further his knowledge in the appraisal field, and he continually researches the local market to stay on top of trends. He keeps a real estate blog at www.SacramentoAppraisalBlog.com. Ryan is a “people person” and is known for excellent communication. Beyond work his passions include playing the guitar and harmonica, mountain biking, community building, advocacy for homeless children, and spending as much time as possible with his family. Ryan also speaks some basic Spanish.
